Shipping and Handling
Remember that Vancouver Island Apiary Supply does not charge for handling, only freight.
You will notice that we do not have an auto Shipping Price index, for one simple reason. In order to keep shipping costs low we have decided to charge the exact shipping fees without additional charges. How does it work? Simply place the order and indicate that you would like confirmation of shipping charges prior to shipping and billing.
Please also note that if you are shopping from a foreign country that it is your responsibility to ensure the items you are ordering are permitted into your country.
We have no control over taxes, tariffs, duties or policies your country might impose on you so please be sure you understand your country's import rules.
It is impossible for us to keep track of each and every country's import differences so again this is totally your responsibility!
Shipping charges will not be refunded on returned items for credit. Refused items that are returned to us are done so at your expense as we are charged return shipping!
*** Shipping of most items will be done by Regular Parcel Post (Ground) insured unless you indicate an alternative.
